To cancel a paid booking, you will need to contact the company that you have booked at. You will find their number on the booking confirmation page or on their page.
Every company decides what is the earliest time to cancel, and if you cancel before that time, you can ask for refund. If you cancel after that time, the company policy might be that those cancellations are not refundable.
